Content management for artists · early access
TourDirectr keeps every content idea, the posting plan and the footage from each show in one place, shared by the artist, the crew on site and the social team at home. Built for the road, useful all year.

The problem
The shooter is in the pit. The social lead is three time zones away. The ideas are in a note nobody has opened since rehearsals. Flip the switch.
How it works
The team pitches. The artist decides in seconds. Everything that survives lands on a date, and everyone knows what is being shot tonight.
One organization per artist or company. Invite everyone who touches content: the artist, the manager, the videographer, the social lead. Each person gets their own login.
Anyone on the team drops in an idea: a title, a short description and a reference video, so nobody has to imagine it. Tag it Live, Social media or Branding.
The artist swipes the deck on their phone. Right to love, left to pass. It takes less time than answering the group chat, which is why it actually gets done.
Loved ideas land on the Board. Sort them by type, by account, or with filters you make yourself. Passed ideas wait in the Archive in case the answer changes.
Give an idea a post date, a show and the person shooting it, and it joins the Plan. Now everyone knows what is captured tonight and what goes out on Friday.
The Content tab
The run, in order. Each show carries the link to its folder, a checklist for the night and a count of what has been captured. Pick a city.

See what is shot and what is still missing before the bus leaves the venue.
“Vertical of the encore by 10 am” goes to the right person and onto tonight’s list.
Final-cut approval
The finished video sits next to its caption. Notes are pinned to the exact second. One tap approves it, and someone without an account can sign off from a link. Try it.
Also inside
TourDirectr does not post for you and it is not another file locker. It is the one page the artist and the team work from.
Open the app and see the next show, what is yours to do today, and the route. Drag the globe.
Add it to the home screen on iPhone or Android, with notifications. No store, no update prompts.
The social team asks, the shooter is notified, and it lands on tonight’s list with a deadline.
What was shot, what is waiting on you, what goes out next. One notification, not forty.
Import your tour dates from a spreadsheet and the Content tab builds itself.
The app is black and white until your colour comes in, like a gel on a stage light. Pick one.
Files stay in your own Drive, iCloud or Dropbox. TourDirectr keeps the link. Export or delete your data any time.
Plan for the main profile and up to three side accounts without mixing them up.
Who it is for
Say yes or no in seconds.
Know what to shoot before doors.
Stop chasing files across time zones.
See the plan without the group chat.
Questions
No. It is built around tour dates because that is when content gets hardest, but ideas, the Plan and approvals work the same for a release week, a video shoot or a normal month.
No. TourDirectr is where the team agrees on what to make and when. You post from your own accounts, then save the link back to the idea.
In your own cloud storage. TourDirectr keeps the link for each show and each clip, so everyone opens the same folder.
No. Ideas come from your team. TourDirectr is the place to collect them, decide on them and carry them through to a post.
Only the members of your organization. Every organization sees its own ideas, plan and links, and nobody else’s.
Today you install it from your browser to your home screen, on iPhone or Android, with notifications. App Store and Google Play versions are planned.
Early access is free while we onboard the first teams.
